About Elevate Pediatric Therapy
At Elevate Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to empower every child to reach their highest potential through compassionate, evidence-based occupational therapy. Founded by Elaina, whose passion for helping children inspired her to create a practice of her own, we are committed to delivering innovative, play-based care that is both effective and fun. We partner closely with families, stay current with the latest research, and continually elevate our approach so every child can grow, thrive, and shine.
Meet the Therapist
Elaina Coscarella, OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Elaina began her journey toward becoming an occupational therapist at Michigan State University, where she earned her degree in Human Development and Family Studies. After graduation, she spent a gap year working in ABA therapy, gaining hands-on experience supporting children with autism and deepening her commitment to helping kids thrive. She went on to earn her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Bay Path University in Connecticut. With a lifelong passion for working with children (inspired by her parents, both dedicated teachers) Elaina brings a love of learning, service, and growth into everything she does. Her goal in founding Elevate Pediatric Therapy was simple: to provide exceptional, evidence-based care while keeping therapy engaging, playful, and full of joy. Outside the clinic, Elaina loves dancing and even teaches sensory friendly dance classes at Karyn’s Dance Place. She also enjoys traveling, being involved in community theater, and reading as many books as she can get her hands on. Elaina’s warmth, expertise, and enthusiasm shine through in every session, making Elevate Pediatric Therapy a place where children feel supported, celebrated, and empowered to reach their highest potential.
